Mechanical Features
The HMI displays photos of the current alarm allowing the operator to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Height of the main shaft wheel can be adjusted and the main shaft can also be quickly disassembled and replaced.
This machine is equipped with servo motor, right-angle gearbox (6 units), and a dual chain drive system, ensuring synchronized operation and stable power transmission.
The conveyor speed is precisely controlled and synchronized by servo controllers (2 motors) preventing any pulling or dragging effect when the top and booom sanding units are in operation.
